Service Area.   Reynolds Transportation Service (RTS) provides comfortable car transportation
to-and-from Chicago, St. Louis and Carondale from Springfield, Illinois.

Types of Service
Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off and is provided by comfortable vehicle, 24 hours per day,
7 days per week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Charter is available.
In addition to the above listed locations RTS also provides service to other locations such as:

Payment Methods Accepted
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit, Cash, or Traveler’s Checks
Paying by cash.   Exact amount is required for your driver. Change cannot be made.
Gratuity.   Driver gratuity is not included in service rates.
Reservations MUST be canceled 24 hours prior to pick-up time and date.
Refunds.   Full refund will be given only if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the pick-up
time and date.
Late Cancellations.   If cancellation is made within 24 hours of pick-up time and date full, cost
of fare is expected and will be charged to the payment method provided by the passenger.
No Shows.   A no show is when the driver arrives at the pick-up location and passenger
is not at that location or declares they no longer want/need services and has not canceled the
No shows will be considered the same as late cancellation.
Policies and Guidelines for RTS Services
Reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel and be paid by a
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit, Cash, or Traveler’s Checks.
Reservations made within 72 hours of travel are subject to availability and must be made
by phone at 217.341.0324.
When traveling to St. Louis with RTS, our office will confirm reservations with passenger
by phone no later than the afternoon prior to your departure.
Pick-up time will be confirmed using the contact phone number provided with your reservation.
If you miss our call, please call 217.341.0324 for confirmation of pick-up date, time,
The pick-up time may be adjusted up to 90 minutes earlier.
Meeting your driver.   After retrieving your luggage call 217.341.0324 for meeting location
with your driver.
Delays.   There may be up to but no more than a 90 minute wait due to other passengers
arriving on delayed flights. Charters will have no wait time.
Pets and assistance / guide animals will only be accepted on prior approval due
to the size of the vehicle. Please call for details and to obtain additional pet
fare rate information.
RTS is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and personal items, or late arrivals or
departures due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to, road conditions,
weather, or mechanical breakdowns.
